About FullEnrich

FullEnrich finds B2B emails and phone numbers for sales teams. It checks many data providers in turn until it finds a match. It also sells the way its customers do, through cold email, sent from dedicated sending domains. For a startup that grows through outbound, deliverability decides everything else. An email that lands in spam never gets a reply, and the team rarely finds out why.

Before Mailpool

FullEnrich set up its sending domains by hand, at about 3 hours per domain, and tried several different providers along the way. Inbox placement sat around 55%, so nearly half of its cold email never reached a prospect’s inbox. As the company grew and sent more, the setup also got more complex and took more of the team’s time.

The move to Mailpool

FullEnrich moved its domains and inboxes to Mailpool. Every domain now comes with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up automatically, and setup takes about 6 minutes instead of 3 hours. FullEnrich then connected to Mailpool’s API, so its own systems create domains and inboxes when they’re needed. The API also handles upkeep. When an inbox starts to degrade, FullEnrich rotates it out and adds a new one in its place, before it can pull placement down.

FullEnrich on Mailpool today

FullEnrich runs 300+ inboxes on Mailpool and sends 100,000 to 130,000 cold emails a month. Every member of the sales team sends from several domains of their own. That keeps each rep’s sending patterns and reputation separate, so one person’s campaign can’t drag down the rest of the team, and it lets FullEnrich track inbox placement rep by rep. Across the team, 87% to 92% of emails land in the inbox, not in spam. That’s the average of seed placement tests so far this year.

The volume is spread thin on purpose. When FullEnrich needs to send more, it adds inboxes rather than pushing the ones it has, so no single inbox carries much of the load. The time the team used to spend on infrastructure now goes into the product and customer success.

The takeaway

Most startups don’t set up inboxes often. They add a batch every few months as outbound grows. What matters in between is whether those inboxes keep reaching the inbox. FullEnrich protects it by giving each rep their own domains, keeping volume per inbox low, measuring placement for each rep, and replacing inboxes that start to slip. A problem then shows up in one place and gets fixed before it spreads.
